Personalised Health Plan Development Using Agentic AI in Singapore's National Preventive Care Programme: A Pilot Study

ABSTRACT

This study evaluates the use of agentic AI systems to generate personalized preventive healthcare plans in Singapore’s national healthcare program. The system autonomously analyzes patient data, medical guidelines, and lifestyle inputs to recommend individualized health strategies. The pilot demonstrates how agentic workflows can support large-scale public health initiatives while preserving physician oversight. Results suggest that autonomous planning agents could significantly improve preventive care delivery.
