SBOMs into Agentic AIBOMs: Schema Extensions, Agentic Orchestration, and Reproducibility Evaluation

ABSTRACT

This paper proposes an extension of Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) standards to support autonomous AI systems through a new concept called AIBOM. The framework captures dependencies, behaviors, and orchestration layers associated with agentic AI workflows. By formalizing AI component relationships, the system improves traceability and reproducibility in complex agent deployments. The work contributes to emerging governance and compliance frameworks for AI infrastructure.
