Context Before Code: An Experience Report on Vibe Coding in Practice

ABSTRACT

This paper presents one of the first real-world experience reports of applying vibe coding in production environments. The authors analyze how LLM-based coding accelerates development while introducing architectural risks such as poor isolation, missing constraints, and weak infrastructure assumptions. The study highlights that engineering effort shifts from writing code to defining constraints and verifying outputs. It also introduces the concept of 'non-delegation zones' where human control remains essential.
